And here’s a copy of My Life as a Rhombus. In Korean.
This ranks pretty high on the “things I never thought would happen” list.
I love how both covers show show a girl covering her mouth with her hand, though I have no idea whether that’s Sarah or Rhonda on the Korean Cover.
But my favorite, favorite, favorite part of the Korean verion, by far, is the interior art:
Here’s “Congruence”:

And here’s “Remainders”:
So just being curious…does anyone speak/read Korean?
(And FYI – my official blog address has changed. It’s now http://blog.varianjohnson.com)
Holy cow! That's so cool! And huge congratulations!!
I totally can't read a word that says.
So exciting, V!!! Just finished reading Saving Maddie (still reading a few books at one time.) Sad to see it end as I was enjoying the interactions. Will there be another sequel?
Very cool, Varian. Can you bring a copy to show on Saturday?
That is just fantastic. Thanks to you, I'm smiling.
Sadly I don't speak Korean =/
But that is so awesome! The Korean cover has a cuter feel to it. I love the illustrations inside 🙂
I started and finished Saving Maddie today, and I really loved every single page! Thanks so much for it!
Oh and your book in Korean is super awesome.
I DO read and speak Korean, though, I'm only okay at it… maybe I can pick up the Korean version sometime and practice? 🙂
Love, Hannah
WOW! Korean!!!!
Go, you!
Varian,
That is so amazing! Congrats. Uber cool.

That's so cool seeing your book in another language! Btw, I really enjoyed meeting you on Saturday at the SCBWI meeting, I'm so stoked to be among such steller company as an Austin YA writer!
